The paper is a tale that has a story. Data themselves don’t have an interest. The paper is composed by connecting data. When the story is interesting, the paper is exactly interesting. However, there are some papers that have an interesting story, but have inappropriate data. In contrast, there are also some papers that have appropriate data, but have an uninteresting story.
