Establishment of a method for a protein detection

I established a method for the detection of a protein that is considered to be difficult to detect. This method will be a very useful tool to discover something novel regarding this protein. I will next attempt to establish an immunoprecipitation assay using this protein, which will contribute to looking for a interacting partner to this protein. Once I can discover a interacting protein by using immunoprecipitation assay together with mass spectrometry, I want to analyze the contribution of the binding partner to the objective protein's behavior.
