How to use ribonuclease T1 and A

 Biochemical scientists sometimes use ribonuclease (RNase) for digesting a polyribonucleotide into several fragments.
 RNase T1 cleaves specifically a sequence that is GpN. RNase T1 cleaves pppApCpGpCpA into pppApCpGp and CpA.
 RNase A cleaves specifically a sequence that is (C/U)pN. RNase A cleaves pppApCpGpCpA into pppApCp, GpCp and A.
 It is important to be careful of the position of phosphate (p), because the existence of phosphate(s) significantly affects to the migration speed of nucleotide during an electrophoresis.

Summary
RNase T1: GpN-> Gp, N
RNase A : (C/U)pN-> (C/U)p, N
