Potent neutralizing antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 identified by high-throughput single-cell sequencing of convalescent patients' B cells

To obtain therapeutic neutralizing antibodies against SARS-CoV-2, in vitro antibody expression system was executed whose cDNA sequences were obtained from single B cell RNA-sequence derived from PBMC of CODIV-19 convalescent patients in Beijin. The neutralizing efficiency of antibodies was analyzed by using pseud- and authentic SARS-CoV-2, and therapeutic availability was examined using human ACE2 transgenic mice studies.
