“We we“ means that we are we. It is said to be the word from a famous boxer, Mohammad Ali, in a lecture. This is considered to be the shortest word in the world. “We we” also means that you are you, I am I. I hope to use this phrase when I’m in trouble, when someone tells me to be same as the others. This is my interpretation. Ali may have said it as the other meaning. He may have wanted to explain the strong unity of blacks. Anyway “we we“ is my favorite. You can use this word when you want it as you want to.
