Miguel Cotto could not burst through the defense of Floyd Mayweather. At only 8th round, Miguel Cotto had the possibility to cause the severe damage to Floyd Mayweather.However, the effective attack to Mayweather needs a lot of stamina. Cotto's aggressive infighting seemed to lose much stamina. Although Cotto was keeping his active fighting style, he was damaged at final rounds because of the lack of his movement. All three judges supported Floyd Mayweather finally. Cotto performed very good fight. Sometimes we could see the impatience of Mayweather. Nevertheless, there is still no one who defeated Floyd Mayweather ever. Even if the match, Mayweather vs Pacquiao, happens, I think that the golden age of each fighters is over. Even then, I want to see the dream match soon.
