Fundamental way of journal club

Almost all laboratories have a journal club. Scientists present a paper that they read before to other lab members. What paper they select determines their quality of scientists. The one who shows an uninteresting paper is uninteresting. I would like to say that scientists should present the paper they themselves think interesting.
