Troublesome procedures will let people grow. Scientists should not train only their academic skills. When we work in a foreign country, there are a large number of tiresome procedures. They are more difficult because of the difference of language and culture from those of our home country. We should do many tasks that are not involved in scientific researches. However, I believe that such experience contributes to an ability of scientists.
