To get expressed a large protein by using baculoviruses and detect it are difficult. But we are so happy when it succeeds. When I detected an expression of baculovirus-induced large protein by western blotting, I thought that it was joyful I came to USA.
To get a result, we should succeed in all steps in an experiment. The most difficult task we should do when we mistake is to clarify which step failed. However, we can never succeed without it. To perform a good troubleshooting may determine the superiority or inferiority of postdoctoral fellows.
