Potato, bacon and mushroom

 I usually cook a simple dish. I slice potatoes thinly, and bake them with bacon and mushroom. Today's one was very delicious. I will make a note here because it was too good. To bake them excessively is a trick to get the good one.
 The bacon cost 4 dollars, and both mushroom and potato are 1.5 dollars. These are not so expensive, whereas too delicious.
