Protein-protein interacction, memo

The protein-protein interaction is not a persistent binding of two proteins. In fact, it means a repeat of separating and binding of two proteins. The definition of  a strong protein-protein interaction is the long time and high frequency of binding each others. Salts interfere with the binding of a protein to another protein. Higher concentration of salts strongly inhibit the binding of two interacting proteins. Two proteins that bind each other even in a high concentration of salts have a strong interaction. By using this characteristic, we find a protein that interacts with another interesting protein.
