Amplification of baculovirus stock

My baculovirus stocks had low titer, so these viruses were amplified a week ago. I measured the actual titer of my stock yesterday. As the result, I realized that MOI=0.1 infection of these viruses into 1x107 Sf21 cells produced 25ml of 2x107pfu/ml viruses. Immediately I inoculated those viruses into Sf21 cell to let the virus produce objective proteins. It was very convenient to use the high titer viruses because very few amount of virus solution is enough for producing the highly amount of protein. However, I noticed that the virus solution had deposit at the bottom of tubes. I am afraid of a bacteria contamination. I hope that is not a bacteria. It may be aggregated viruses. Anyway, I should wait for the result until tomorrow.
