Exchange of the license plate of my car

I exchanged the license plate of my car from the temporary one into the proper plate. I supposed the expiration date of temporary plate to be January 13, whereas the actual date had been January 3. Therefore, it is considered that I have used my car with the expired plate for two days. Although I got the proper plate one month ago, I didn't handle it because of the weather of this town. I didn't want to work under the severe frozen atmosphere of this town. Because it was fine day, a hopeful fine day today, I determined to do the task today.
