Alistair Overeem was defeated by Antonio Silva at the third round of this match. Alistair positively attacked with combining punching and taking down. Until the end of the second rounds, Alistair showed an one-sided game. However, at the end of the second round, Antonio's positive attack seemed to damage to Alistair. In fact, Antonio beat a smart combination of punches to Alistair's head and knocked him down to the mat at the beginning of the third round. Alistair seemed to have lost his stamina at the end of second round. Antonio didn't miss the chance. Alistair was K-1, Dream and Strikeforce champion.
