Our departmen held a party today

Our department held a party today at a neighboring restaurant. (I ate squids that was superior than I had expected.) My laboratory locates on the separated place from other laboratories in the department, so our lab members feel lonely during such party. I talked with my Chinese, Japanese and Indian friends through the party, who are my lab members and feel same loneliness. My lab is apart from other laboratories not only in the location, but also in the research theme. The research interest of my lab is biochemistry of viruses, whereas that of other laboratory's are basically medicine. However, this type of gloom is planned to be disappeared by this July, because my lab will move to other university that has a department of microbiology.
