Four antibodies targeting receptor-binding domain of SARS-CoV-2 spike protein from three early-outbreak convalescent donors with potent neutralizing activity against 23 SARS-CoV-2 variants including UK, South Africa, Brazil and India variants were identified(IC50 0.3 to 11.1 ng/mL). Combination of two antibodies decreased the generation of escape mutants in in vitro.
