Routine experiments in a new environment

It was not so difficult for me to perform a western blot in my previous laboratory. However in my current workplace, it is not easy to achieve the assay. Several experiments don't work in a new environment, especially for the first two months. Because several experiments cannot advance forthwith, only my fantasies and ideas about future researches proceed without having any solid data. When I can perform routine experiments as a matter of course, many ideas in my brain will come to be revealed by my craft. I wait for time to pass with great curiosity.
