Peste des petits ruminants virus; Ovine rinderpest

I knew peste des petits ruminants virus today. It causes Ovine rinderpest in ruminants mainly in Africa. The mortality of this disease is extremely high in goats and sheep, whereas bovine and swine don't come down with the disease even if they are infected. Peste des petits ruminants virus is a species of a genus belonging to the Paramyxoviridae family of viruses in the order Mononegavirales, which is similar to measles virus and rinderpest virus.
The in vitro transcription system of peste des petits virus is already established. However, it may not be a major research area because it doesn't matter to human directly.
