Twenty-six of total 29 SARS-CoV-2 proteins tagged with 2xStrep-tag II affinity tag were expressed in HEK293T/17 cells, a human cell line. The expressed proteins were precipitated with MagStrep beads, and were subjected to mass spectrometry to identify the interacting host proteins. Total 332 protein interactions between SARS-CoV-2 and human proteins were identified. Among them, 66 druggable human proteins targeted by 60 compounds were found.
