249 healthcare personnel in Nashville joined in the study examining anti-SARS-CoV-2 S protein antibody using ELISA on April and June 2020. At the start point (April), nineteen individuals (7.6%) were seropositive. In almost all specimens, antibody titers decreased during the two months between April and June. 58% of seropositive individuals (11/19) became seronegative.
