High clinical performance and quantitative assesment of antibody kinetics using a dual recognition assay for the detection of SARS-CoV-2 IgM and IgG antibodies

"iFlash" is an efficient system for the detection of anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibodies (IgM and IgG) from sera clinically isolated from patients.Magnetic beads conjugated with SARS-CoV-2 spike (S) and nucleo (N) proteins is reacted with antibodies in the samples, and subsequently secondary antibodies against human IgM or IgG that are conjugated with fluorescent substrate are added.The resultant fluorescence units indicate the existence of anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibodies.This system is very useful for the detection of both IgM and IgG from approximately 300 samples per day.
