A direct comparison of the efficiency of currently available vaccines against SARS-CoV-2 infection was performed by using plasma specimens collected from Mongolian participants. Functional antibody testing with a panel of nine SARS-CoV-2 variants spike protein revealed that lower level antibody response was observed in Sinopharm and Sputnik V vaccines than AstraZeneca and Pfizer vaccines. Moreover, individuals who experienced SARS-CoV-2 infection showed stronger antibody response by vaccination.
