Using the rotating Goldberg drum, it was found that the aerosol stability is not different among strains of Ebola and Marburg viruses. The aerosolised Ebola virus infection system using Interferon alpha/beta receptor-deficient mouse was established, and used for the comparison of virulence among virus strains.
